Insurance
Friends and Family Dentistry will work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement on covered procedures. If you have any questions or problems, please contact our offices so we can resolve them.

We are currently in network with most PPO dental insurances.  We also offer an in-house dental insurance plan.  Please contact our offices to inquire about your dental insurance plan.

Please present your insurance information on your initial visit so we can help expedite your reimbursement.

Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest dental care at reasonable pricing, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 571-918-0077.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Most insurance companies will respond within 30 to 60 days from the time its billed. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame please call our office so we can correct your account. The remaining balance after deducting your payment received by your insurance is your responsibility. Monthly payment plans are available but you must make arrangements prior to having the procedure done.

CareCredit for dental procedures
We’re pleased to offer alternative payment plans with CareCredit® card, North America’s leading patient payment program. Care CreditCareCredit is a credit card exclusively for healthcare services with reasonable interest rates. These low monthly payment plans are great for healthcare procedures not covered by dental insurance plans. This form of credit card plan can be used over and over on follow up appointments.
